Some of Google’s services are showing instability this Monday morning (12). Users complain of difficulty logging into a Google account, difficulty accessing tasks in Google Classroom, inability to access content in Google Drive, and difficulty creating and editing documents in Google Docs.
According to the DownDetector service , the number of complaints started to soar around 9:45 am (Brasilia time). Google recognizes the existence of a “service outage” affecting Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Classroom.
Drive users are able to log into the service, but are seeing error messages and experiencing high latency, among other unexpected behavior. Docs, Sheets, Slides and Clasroom users have problems creating new documents.
The company claims to be investigating the problem, and promises “more information and soon”.
