Android 12: new beta fixes bug that reset phones

This Monday (1) Google released another Android 12 Beta update, version 3.1. After the new features presented in Beta 3, such as the screen capture with scrolling , the new version intends to fix some flaws identified while using the operating system.

Those who are already using Android 12 Beta 3 may not feel that much of a difference in terms of software, if they haven’t come across the bugs that the new version aims to fix. Some of the problems faced are instability in applications — with them closing randomly — problems in the user interface and, most importantly, the bootloop that constantly restarts the device.

However, Google has not yet specified how users with the cell phone “stuck” in this loop can access the new feature — which doesn’t make the device unusable but can be difficult to resolve.

new problems

Even though it was released this afternoon, some problems have already been identified in the new version, such as options disappearing from the “turn off” menu, difficulties connecting with Wi-Fi, making calls and even charging the device.

Remember that this is a Beta version and its function is to test all possibilities before launching the definitive one, avoiding taking these problems ahead. Android 12 Beta 4 is expected to arrive by the end of August with a focus on resolving system instabilities.
